Ordering from The Studios at Resolution Farm

1. ​With the exception of the Grooming Totes, all items are made to order. We'll do our best to accommodate any special requests or customizations you may have. Please feel free to ask!

2. The dimensions given are nominal; the actual dimensions may differ slightly.

3. All of our Equestrian Accessories are designed and engineered for use in a challenging environment such as a barn; proper care and cleaning will extend the useful life of your Resolution Farm Product.

4. All products are finished with a tinted stain and multiple coats of polyurethane (or other protective surface treatment). If you wish, we can provide you with samples of the finishes on the wood that is being used so that you can make an informed choice.

5. Keep in mind that wood is a natural product and each piece has its own personality and uniqueness. Your item will reflect that uniqueness.

6. Upon ordering, a 50% down payment is required, with the balance due upon delivery, including any customizations, design changes, and delivery and other costs. Additional fees will always be discussed and agreed upon in beforehand.

7. Shipping is in addition to the quoted price.  For larger items, we will provide delivery and drop off within 100 miles of Resolution Farm. For delivery locations between 100 – 250 miles from our shop, we will deliver for a payment of $0.33/mile plus tolls. For delivery locations beyond 250 miles, we will ship via commercial delivery service. The cost for commercial delivery will include packaging as well as the delivery fee.
